Wow Wow Meow designs & sell INSTANT DOWNLOAD files that are self editing. There are no files emailed or posted. The files are for personal use only. All download files are A4 Paper size / US Letter Size 8.5 x 11 inches. Colours may vary slightly between monitors and printers. Please read all this information before purchasing. We do not offer refunds due to the fact these are digital downloads, if you have any issues we are happy to help you.
Your purchased files allow for an unlimited use of personal printing. Please note these are for your individual use only. Please do not share the files. They are not for commercial or business use. They may not be re-sold or re-packaged or altered beyond the intended use specified here. All our designs, artwork, images & packages are copyright of WOW WOW MEOW. All files CAN NOT be opened in full editing software, like Photoshop etc.

1.1. All rights, including copyright, in the Wow Wow Meow website are owned or licensed to Wow Wow Meow. Any use of the website or its contents, including copying, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Wow Wow Meow. 3. Privacy
3.1. All information, items purchase and previous orders are all strictly confidential. Changes to this statement will be updated immediately. If an email address is given at any point through the ordering process or through other features on the Wow Wow Meow website this may be added to our mailing list, if stated. However, if you would like to unsubscribe at any time from Wow Wow Meow newsletter or promotional emailers, simply email your name to us on hello@wowwowmeow.com, and state you would like to unsubscribe. Any data collected will not be passed on to third parties. Alternatively, if you are a member of our website when logged in, you can select subscribe or unsubscribe accordingly.
Wow Wow Meow does not not need your personal details for example your address, because the files are all instant download, self editing templates. Nothing is shipped. Your name will only be required or used from the order to provide a ‘print release’, if requested by the customer, to provide to a print company, as a copyright release. None of my customer’s data is retained by me. Any design work produced for customers via ‘custom orders’ are kept for 3 months, this is in case customers need changes at a later date (the venues cancel / times need changing, etc). Then files are deleted from our hard drive. No data on the shop is collected or provided to third parties or shared. If you have any questions feel free to contact us on hello@wowwowmeow.com. Any details asked for at checkout are part of the Shopify shopping system.
4. Returns Policy
4.1. Due to the nature of Wow Wow Meow products we do not offer refunds.
5. Faulty Downloads
We are happy to change the purchase email if you have a different email to the one you have ordered with.
6. Payment
6.1. We use Shopify Payment systems and PayPal, please email hello@wowwowmeow.com for more information on how to pay. PayPal information is available at www.paypal.com.
6.2. Prices on the website are all inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering the information.
7. Products
7.1. Wow Wow Meow describes all products listed in the clearest form and can not be held responsible for misinterpretation. Wow Wow Meow tries to make all products as clear as possible, however colours can vary depending on your monitor.
7.2. We can not guarantee all colours are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where product information has been entered incorrectly on our website regardless of promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice.

9. Competitions
9.1. Competitions may require you to submit personal details, any details collected are not given to third parties, and are used within the company for advertising purposes, which can be opted out of at any point.
